Who is Just Barber?
Just Barber comes from the team behind Just Hair Insurance.
Just Barber/ Just Hair are trading styles of ACM Broking Limited.
ACM Broking Limited are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Communicable Disease - Total Exclusion (effective 1 April 2021)
(applicable to Section B - Public and Products Liability)
We will not indemnify You under this Section in respect of:
Any claim for compensation in respect of Bodily Injury or Damage arising directly or indirectly and regardless of any other cause contributing concurrently or in any sequence, originating from, caused by, arising out of, contributed to by, resulting from, or otherwise in connection with a Communicable Disease or the fear or threat (whether actual or perceived) of a Communicable Disease.
Documents
The Barbershop documentation features Just Barber other than Policy wording (issued by our Scheme Insurer).
Self-Employed/ Freelance Barber documents will utilise the Just Hair wording albeit reflecting barber coverage.
All Self-Employed/ Freelance Barber documents will be emailed.
Emails
Email communications will either be sent by Just Barber (info@justbarberinsurance.co.uk) or sent using ACM Broking Limited domain services (acmbroking@iedm.co.uk) including payment receipts.
Payment
Barbershop policies automatically benefit from monthly payment on an 0% basis.
Self-Employed/ Freelance Barber policies are payable by debit and credit card; there are no handling charges using our online system.
Premiums
All illustrated premiums are inclusive of the Government Levy (Insurance Premium Tax).
Qualifications
You must be qualified either by a UK industry approved Course/ Qualification, Apprenticeship and/ or Experience.
Skin Testing - Allergy Alert Protocol
If you offer colour services, we offer a flexible approach, thus in respect of the requirement to perform a skin test, You must either:

follow the manufacturer instructions &/ or
-
comply with the Just Hair Allergy Alert Consultation and Colour Record Card &/ or
-
if using Colourstart, Colourstart's own patch test must be used for each and every colour treatment without exception unless deferring to 1) or 2) above
